Loaded Hummus Plate

Here’s a healthy and simple dish to cure any snack attack! Enjoy!!

INGREDIENTS:

• 454g Summer Fresh Original Hummus or Roasted Garlic Hummus (my personal favourite!)

• Feta Cheese, crumbled

• Kalamata Olives

• Green Olives

• Roasted Red Peppers, diced

• Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

• Fresh Parsley, chopped

• Roasted Chickpeas

• Cayenne Pepper

• Extra Virgin Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:

* Empty a 454g Summer Fresh Original Hummus or Roasted Garlic Hummus onto a large plate

* Load on all your favourite toppings like roasted chickpeas, roasted red peppers, olives, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and parsley

* Drizzle with E.V.O.O. and sprinkle with cayenne pepper

* Serve with baked pita chips and veggies
