Naan Pizza & Tuscan Chickpea Salad

Impromptu friend visits are the best. But that also means entertaining in a flash. No problem! Here’s a super simple and scrumptious recipe that’ll satisfy your friends and their taste buds! ENJOY!!

INGREDIENTS:

• 227g Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago Dip

• 227g Summer Fresh Bruschetta

• 227g Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

• 1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese

• 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

• 1 ball of Buffalo Mozzarella

• 5 slices of Prosciutto

• 1 bunch Arugula

• 1/2 cup fresh Basil leaves

• 1/2 cup Balsamic glaze

• Summer Fresh Tuscan Chickpea Salad

DIRECTIONS:

PIZZA #1

* Spread Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Hummus on naan

* Cover with sliced Buffalo Mozzarella

* Add Prosciutto

* Bake for 5-7 minutes at 425*F

* Top with fresh Arugula & drizzle with Balsamic glaze

PIZZA #2

* Spread Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago Dip on naan

* Top with shredded Asiago & Mozzarella cheeses

* Bake for 5-7 minutes at 425*F

* Top with Summer Fresh Bruschetta & fresh Basil leaves
