1) Basic Plank (arms straight) = 1 minute
2) Elbow Plank = 30 seconds
3) Leg Raised Plank = 30 seconds each leg
4) Side Plank = 30 seconds each side
5) Basic Plank = 30 seconds
6) Elbow Plank = 1 minute
