Tzatziki Halloumi Burger!

YES!! Grilling season is finally here… And if you’re looking to go a little more meatless, here’s a mouth-watering veggie option to add to your burgerlicious menu ~ “Tzatziki Halloumi Burger”!

TZATZIKI HALLOUMI BURGER

Ingredients:

• 227g (8oz) Summer Fresh Tzatziki

• 227g (8oz) Summer Fresh Bruschetta

• 800g Summer Fresh Greek Pasta Feta

• 250g Halloumi, thickly sliced

• 1 Large Red Pepper, cut into 4 long slices

• 1 Package of sliced Mushrooms

• 1 Red Onion, sliced

• 1 Head Boston Lettuce

• 1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta

• 2 rolls or your fave burger buns

Directions:

1) In pan, pour a small amount of cooking oil & cook sliced red peppers & mushrooms on stove until golden brown. Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.

2) Grill the Halloumi. No need to add any oil. Just give it a bit of time to turn golden & crisp.

3) Stack each roll/bun with lettuce, red pepper & mushroom, Halloumi, red onion, feta, Summer Fresh Bruschetta & Tzatziki.

4) Serve with Summer Fresh Greek Pasta Feta to make it a complete meal. ENJOY!!
