Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is one of the best things you can do for your pregnancy. This can include exercise but always SPEAK WITH YOUR OB/MIDWIFE FIRST before doing so.

Exercising not only releases endorphins that are oh-so-good for you AND your little bean, but also prepares the body for labour and delivery and can help with a speedy recovery.
