Got a wee taste of what pad work is like and... I LOVE IT‼️ (Can’t you tell by the obnoxious cackling!? 🙉😂)
The drills, combos, and footwork, the mental stimulation, the sound of the glove smashing the focus mitt, and especially all the fun (*insert more cackling) is what’s got me excited about incorporating pad work into my fitness routine. When it comes to exercise I love shakin’ things up and so does my body! How do YOU shake it up?
